At StreamTip, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our service. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds only under the following specific circumstance:

  • When a donation was successfully processed but the alert was not received on stream while the streamer was live

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction
  2. Provide the transaction ID
  3. Include evidence that the streamer was live at the time of donation
  4. Provide any relevant stream clips or timestamps
  5. Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Donations where alerts were successfully delivered
  • Donations made while the streamer was offline
  • Technical issues not related to alert delivery
